Sassy water is the most effective way to lose weight!
This drink promotes weight loss, helps to cleanse the intestines, boost metabolism and improve overall health. The use of ginger for weight loss has been known for a long time, but this drink is much better!
You will need:
2 litres of water
15 grams (1 teaspoon) of grated ginger
1 small cucumber, cut into slices
thinly slice the lemon
a bunch of mint
Pour water over all the ingredients and put them in the fridge. And that’s about it. Prepare the drink in the evening and drink it throughout the next day. And so on every day for 3-4 weeks.
